Shoplus review: pricing, the 1-day trial, and what it leaves you

Shoplus is a TikTok analytics dashboard: sales estimates, product rankings, creator and influencer tracking. The product is competent. The terms you sign up under are where it gets interesting, and almost nobody reads them before paying.

What Shoplus is

Shoplus aggregates TikTok and TikTok Shop data into the usual set of views: products selling right now, shops behind them, creators and influencers worth contacting. Judging by the markets it puts forward in its own interface, coverage leans toward the English-speaking and Asian markets. You use it like any BI tool: filter, sort, export, decide.

What it is not is a production tool. No videos, no carousels, no copy. That is the same boundary every tool in this category draws, and the reason a subscription so often turns into a monthly charge for tables nobody acts on.

Shoplus pricing, checked in July 2026

PlanPriceWorth knowing
Basic$39/month ($468 billed yearly)Top 100 of the rankings, 100 detailed listings a day
Premium$49/month ($588 billed yearly)Top 300, 300 listings a day, 2 sub-accounts
Professional$79/month ($948 billed yearly)Unlimited access, 5 sub-accounts

Read off the official pricing page on July 25, 2026, in US dollars on yearly billing (month-to-month costs more). Plan limits are as Shoplus states them, not something we stress-tested. Vendors change their grids without notice: check before you pay.

Look at the middle column of the table rather than the headline price. What you are buying at each tier is a quota: how far down the rankings you can see and how many detailed listings you can open per day. On Basic, the top 100 and 100 listings a day sound generous until you spend an afternoon researching a niche and hit the ceiling by mid-morning of the next one.

The trial and the refund policy, read the fine print

New accounts get 1 day of the Basic plan. That is a demo with a stopwatch, not a trial. And at the time of our check the official FAQ stated that no refunds are granted. Put those two together with yearly billing and the shape of the deal is clear: you have a few hours to evaluate a tool you are about to commit to for twelve months.

That is not a reason to walk away, it is a reason to prepare. Before you start the clock, write down the three questions you need answered, for example whether your category has enough depth, whether the sales estimates look sane against a product you already sell, and whether the export you need actually exists. Then spend the day answering only those.

For contrast on terms, and checked the same week, EchoTik ran a permanent free tier and announced an unconditional 7-day refund on its pricing page, at $9.90 a month against $39. Different product, noticeably friendlier commercial terms.

Verdict: why 3 out of 5

Four criteria, same as every tool page here. Prices and terms verified on a stated date: good, the grid is public and we read it. Market coverage: fair, broad enough across the English-speaking and Asian markets to be useful, without the depth of the category leaders. Vendor transparency: this is what pulls the score down. A 1-day trial, yearly billing and a no-refund line in the FAQ are three decisions that all point the same way, and they are the reason Shoplus sits below EchoTik on our scale despite doing a comparable job. Usefulness once the research is done: nil, like every analytics tool here, so it separates none of them. A competent product with commercial terms that put the risk on the buyer is a 3, not a 3.5.

The concession we owe you: on data, Shoplus beats us. It estimates sales, ranks products across markets we do not track, and gives you a creator and influencer list to work from. Carouscale indexes one narrow slice, public photo carousels above 5,000 views in 6 markets, each tied to the product it sold. No sales estimates, no influencer database, no multi-market sourcing view. If sourcing is the job, take Shoplus, prepare your day-one questions, and ignore the rest of this page.

What $39 a month does not buy

It does not buy the post. You walk out of Shoplus with a product name, a rough sales estimate and a blank canvas, which is exactly where most sellers stall. On TikTok Shop the content is the storefront: a trending product with a weak carousel sells nothing, and an ordinary product with a proven carousel structure often does fine.

Carouscale works from the other end. It indexes the TikTok Shop photo carousels that cleared 5,000 views across 6 markets, the US, the UK, France, Germany, Spain and Italy, keeps their stats and the product each one links to, then recreates that structure with your product, text baked into the image. You are copying the format that already converted, not guessing at one. The collection rules and the scoring are public in our methodology, and the TikTok Shop carousel guide covers the method by hand if you would rather build it yourself.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Shoplus cost?
Checked on the official pricing page on July 25, 2026: Basic at $39 a month, Premium at $49 and Professional at $79, all on yearly billing, which comes to $468, $588 and $948 charged up front. Paying month to month costs more. Prices are shown in US dollars.
Does Shoplus have a free trial?
Barely. New accounts get 1 day of the Basic plan, which is a demo, not a trial: you have a few hours to judge a tool you would otherwise commit to for a year. Plan what you want to check before you start the clock.
Can you get a refund from Shoplus?
The official FAQ stated no refunds at the time of our check in July 2026. Combined with the 1-day trial and yearly billing, that puts most of the risk on you, so read the current terms yourself before paying.
Is Shoplus worth it?
If you sell across several TikTok Shop markets and make sourcing decisions weekly, $39 a month for sales estimates and rankings is defensible. If you are one person trying to get a product to sell, you are paying for numbers and still doing every piece of the creative work yourself, which is usually the real bottleneck.
What are the alternatives to Shoplus?
EchoTik covers similar ground with a permanent free tier and a lower entry price, and the bigger data tools go deeper on history. If what you need is the post rather than the spreadsheet, Carouscale indexes the TikTok Shop carousels that cleared 5,000 views across 6 markets and recreates them with your product.
