How much does Carouscale cost?

Three plans: Creator at €29 per month, Pro at €49 and Max at €149. Quarterly billing takes about 15% off: €74, €125 or €383, billed every 3 months. Yearly billing takes 25% off: €261, €441 or €1,341, billed once for the year, which comes to €21.75, €36.75 or €111.75 per month.

What do credits pay for?

You get credits for every month you pay for: 300 a month on Creator, 750 on Pro, 2,500 on Max, on quarterly and yearly billing too. They buy AI-generated slides. A slide costs 3 credits in 1K, in Create and Replicate alike, so a 4-slide carousel costs 12 credits: count on at least 25 carousels a month on Creator, 62 on Pro and 208 on Max, and more if your carousels are shorter. When a big month comes, subscribers can top up at any time: 120 credits for €9, 375 for €24 or 950 for €49.

What's the difference between Creator and Pro?

Creator covers your country: the full Carousel Catalog for your market with the complete kit of every carousel, Create from your own products, replication of carousels from the catalog, 100 CarouPilot questions a month and 300 credits. Pro adds what saves time when you post a lot: paste any TikTok link and replicate it, swapping in your own product for the original, the catalog across Europe, daily alerts, 300 CarouPilot questions and 750 credits, three times more.

How many CarouPilot questions do I get on each plan?

CarouPilot, the Carouscale AI, gives you 5 free questions on the Free plan, then 100 questions a month on Creator, 300 on Pro and 1,000 on Max. Questions never use credits, so your credits stay for slides. A very long analysis can count as 2 or 3 questions.

What resolution are the slides?

Every slide is generated in 1K, the same resolution for everyone on every plan, in TikTok format with the text baked into the image. A slide costs 3 credits, in Create and Replicate alike. There's no HD option and no format to pick: you download your slides and post them.

Can I follow creators and get alerts?

Yes, with a subscription. In the Creator Catalog, the heart or the Follow button adds an account to your Following tab, and you can save products as favorites. Niche alerts email you the new carousels taking off in your niche: weekly on Creator, daily on Pro and Max.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You only commit to the period you pick and pay upfront: 1 month, 3 months or 1 year. Your plan renews automatically for the same length until you cancel it from your account in one click. You keep everything until the end of the period you've already paid for, which isn't refunded, and there's no cancellation fee. You can switch plans at any time: an upgrade starts right away and you only pay the prorated difference; a downgrade, or a move to a shorter billing period, starts at the end of the period you've paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Only at the very start: within 14 days of subscribing, as long as you have generated fewer than 3 carousels since you paid. From the 3rd carousel generated, no refund is possible, in whole or in part. Renewals, the remaining months after you cancel and credit packs are never refunded (Terms of Service, section 4). You can cancel in one click so your plan doesn't renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Which markets do I get on each plan?

The Carousel Catalog always opens on your home market: 25 carousels in full on the Free plan, the whole market from Creator, so a seller based in the US or the UK gets that market in full. Pro adds continental Europe (France, Germany, Spain, Italy). Max opens all six at once, which is what you want if you run the same product in several countries.

Why are prices in euros?

Carouscale is built in Europe and bills through Stripe in euros. Accounts on the US market pay in US dollars and accounts on the UK market in pounds sterling, at the prices shown to them. Pay with a card in another currency and your bank converts the amount at its own rate, automatically. There's nothing else to set up.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes. Every charge generates its own Stripe invoice with your details, issued by Carouscale LLC and downloadable from your account. The amount on the invoice is exactly the price you see on this page.

Can I try Carouscale before paying?

Yes: the Free plan is free forever, no credit card. At sign-up you paste the link of a TikTok carousel that's already performing and we rebuild it slide for slide, up to 8 slides; and you try Create for free from the link of one of your TikTok Shop products. You also get 5 CarouPilot questions and 25 catalog carousels in full. Swapping in your own product on a replication comes with Pro; full catalog access and everything you generate after that need a subscription.
